DAY 01 : Cusco - Huacacasi pass - Thermal bathes de Lares - Huaca Wasi
We leave the city of Cusco early, traveling north towards the Sacred Valley of the Inkas. We cross this beautiful and fertile valley to the Pacchar valley close to the town of Ollantaytambo. This valley will take us to Raphcca village, (2,900 m. / 9,514 ft.), where our adventure begins.
We begin our walk in the Quechua ecological level, where intensive agriculture is practiced. We reach the community of Sojma where we can see the fields that are used principally for farming corn.
Our stone path will take us to the beautiful waterfalls of Perolniyoq, where there is a micro-climate full of vegetation. We continue our climb to reach a beautiful lookout, where the imposing figures of the mountains make us feel small. After a short walk we arrive at our campsite and delicious lunch await us.
At sunset we visit the archaeological complex of, Qorimarca (3700 m/ 12,139 ft.), where we can marvel at its location and architecture. This site has recently started to be excavated by a specialized team from Ministry of culture of Cusco; when we return to our campsite we´ll have dinner and then relax for the rest of the evening.

DAY 02 : Huaca Wasi - Abra Ipsay – Patacancha
This will be the hardest day, because of the ecological differences that we will have to go through, for instance the Sipsay pass at 4400 m. / 14436ft. which will take us 4 hours. During this, we will pass through some communities and observe the Andean farmers and their experience in the cultivated grounds and their rustic Andean traditional houses. The farmers have a great knowledge of natural agriculture and skills passed down through generations of colorful textile work inspired by the Andean gods and symbols. After this pass through here, we will head down to the village of Patacancha 3650 m. / 11975 ft. the camping place.

DAY 03 : Patacancha - Willoq - Pumamarca - Ollantaytambo - Aguas Calientes town
This day will be spectacular; we’ll pass Willoq community 3400 m. / 11156 ft. an attractive town, because its inhabitants wear traditional Inkas clothing, and in hundred years their traditions haven´t changed. Going through the valley of Patacancha we will discover the indigenous towns with ancestral Andean traditions and habits which have survived in spite of all the years that have gone by. We’ll stop in the Pallata community to have lunch and then start to hike uphill and visit pumamarka (3200 m. / 10499 ft.), Incas site from where will have panoramic views of the Patacancha valley. After to walk inside we continue our adventure going to Ollantaytambo (2850m / 9350f), which is also an archeological site from the Inca dynasty. From Ollantaytambo we will take the train to Aguas Calientes (2050m / 6726f), where we will stay in a hotel overnight.

Day 04 : Aguas calientes - Machupiqchu - Cusco
 With another early rise, we go to the bus station to take the bus to Machu Picchu. This bus takes 25 minutes by uneven track, where we will do tour of the Inca citadel, your tour guide will guide you around for about two and a half hours, to show you the most important sectors of this beautiful and enigmatic Inca citadel and then you will have some free time to wander, explore and take photos. Or alternatively you could decide to climb the mountain of Huayna Picchu (tickets required), where you can see spectacular panoramic views of Machu Picchu, the valleys and mountains that surround it, or visit the Temple of the Moon or the great Inca Bridge. In the afternoon, we will meet in the town of Aguas Calientes, where if you want, you can visit and relax in its hot springs. From here we take the train back to Cusco, and we drop you off at your hotel / hostel. Travel time 4 hours. End of our services.

- A Sleeping bag, a backpack for hiking, 2 pairs pants, 2 pairs of shorts, 4-poles (long and short), several pairs of socks, Sandals, towels, toilet paper, gloves, thermal jacket, a hat for cold days, sunglasses and sunscreen for when the sun comes out.
- A liter bottle of water.
- A Flashlight with spare batteries, matches, knives.
- Hiking boots (preferably waterproof with ankle protection).
- Insect repellent, cream to hydrate the face and/or body.
- A Raincoat (poncho for rain).
- Energy foods (dried fruits, candies, chocolates, cookies, etc...).
- Soap and other toiletries and clothes to change.
- Swimsuit (recommended for the hot springs).
- You should bring appropriate clothing for both hot and cold days of the tour.
- Also, depending on your interest, you could bring a camera or camcorder, binoculars, compass; all such equipment should be lightweight.
